The goal of OMG Training is to increase strength, agility, speed, and mobility of each athlete while preventing injury. Our program is designed so that each athlete trains all aspects of movement and not just sport specific movements. Each session is fitted with muscle activation, power development, movement, lifting, core work, and volleyball skill development. Our goal is to help all of our athletes reach their athletic ceiling in a controlled, fun, and safe environment.
